I am a Retired GM Control Electrician. I am concerned with the food quality, and the genetically altered vegetables.

Very nice! I look forward to reading your updates. BTW, I was born and raised in MI. I live in CO now.
I'd love to see your system someday if wouldn't mind a tour. We live in Belleville. I can't really have a greenhouse in my subdivision, but I'm putting in a small basement system with a 4 x 4 grow bed and 100 gallon fish tank.
