I work for the USDA Food Safety Inspection Service as a consumer safety inspector. So when you see the seal on a meat package that says inspected and passed by the United States Department of Agriculture, It could be me.

We've been out of touch for a while but working hard at getting started. We have had a long drawn out process to acquire close to 6 acres of possible brownfield for our project. Currently EPA Region V is working with us to get the testing done. We'll keep you posted. I know we are going to take you up on your offer for help.
