Thank you! We are just using EPDM, sold as a pond liner. We almost have everything completed so keep an eye out for video updates. I might try another product next time, but so far epdm worked well."

Vlad has a good point. Add some bigger aggregates to entrap larger air pockets. Preferably porous stuff like expanded shale or lava rocks"

- We just started a aquaponics setup in snowy Colorado in January 2011. We are operating by trial and error and open to any and all suggestions.

There is a real blend of experienced and new aquapons in this community, so please don’t hesitate to get in there and start asking questions. Everyone is quite happy to help out new members – no question is too basic.
A great place to start is to read the “How to Use This Site” link on the upper right corner, “Start Here” section of the Main page. You might also find the “Aquaponic Gardening Rules of Thumb” guidelines helpful. And please join the Colorado Aquapons group (see Groups tab above).
